I can't wait to see what you think of Breathe, Jenni! It seems to have gotten mixed reviews saying that the characters aren't well developed, and neither is the world-building, but it just sounds so good! Also can't wait to see what you think of Speechless - I loved that book! And I'm happy you liked Some Girls Are so much! Great books (and movie)!

I've loved the cover of Breathe since the first day I saw it. I keep seeing mixed reviews so I am hoping you love it. It's a lot thicker than I thought it would be.

I will not bite you for liking Beautiful Disaster. You are entitled to your opinion ( I still love you), but I just don't like when authors attack reviewers for negative reviews and this author is notorious for that. *sad face*
So many awesome books this week, Jenni! I LOVED SPEECHLESS. <3 In my opinion, I loved it better than Saving June. :) I can't wait to see your thoughts on Easy. And girl, I really enjoyed Beautiful Disaster as well! It had its problems but it has that addicting factor. Anyway, happy reading! :D

I love The Fever series :D it's one of my favorite adul series (with the Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead).

ReplyDeleteYay for Speechless! I think I have a copy on the way to me ... I can't wait to read it. I was trying to see if my library has House at the End of the Street, but they didn't have it. It looks good! Though, I'm not sure how I feel about books based on movies ... I've read a few and they're not that great. You're right -- not a lot of character development!
I loved Between! It was a great book! I've been wanting to read Jessica Warman's newest one, Beautiful Lies.
Woo for Hunger Games! I bought mine at Wal Mart and it came with a Mockingjay necklace -- it's kind of tacky with the string it's on, but I think if I got a new chain it would be better.
I must check out Dark Fever, if everyone's recommending it. :) And Some Girls Are! I haven't read a lot of Courtney Summers, but I've liked what I have read so far. I have Easy on my Kobo ... it looks great! I can't wait to read it. I bought Beautiful Disaster from Wal Mart, too ... I had the eARC from NetGalley, but decided to just buy it. I think I'll like it, too!
Those two covers for Unlovable and Between drove me nuts!! I hate it when I see the same stock photo on books.

DANG IT! I forget The Hunger Games! I ALWAYS forget something on my STS vlogs. Well you got an awesome haul and I'm so jealous of Breathe! :D Well actually I won a copy and I just stinking LOVED it but I'm jealous you got it from the pub yourself ;) And those covers ARE freakishly alike.
