About Me

Hi! I'm Jenni and I am a book-a-holic.  I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and more than anything, I love reading.  I mostly read within the YA genre though I do venture into middle grade and adult from time to time.  I was big into reading in high school but then when I had my children I stepped away from it for a bit.  Now that my brats are a bit older and I have more time on my hands I have jumped back into it head on. I'm also painfully opinionated, I'm constantly debating with those who know me best, so a blog was the perfect marriage of my love for reading and my love for shoving my opinions down people's throats.

I'm currently a stay at home mom to my daugher, Sloane (5) and son Gaige (3) I grow more and more proud of them everyday as they grow into their own and develop their own personalities.  They have very big, loud personalities and they get it from their mother and father.  I got married in July 2008 to a guy whose sense of humor is just a dry and sarcastic as mine.  Needless to say our house is very loud and constantly full of energy.  Reading has also given me a chance to sneak away for some much needed downtime.

    Your children are so beautiful!! I am so happy you have the opportunity to be a stay at home mom (and I might be a TEEENY bit jealous...) I also have a daughter and son, though my daughter is 6 and my son is 10 months... :)
