  5. I haven't actually heard of any of the books that you got, so I'll be awaiting your reviews to find out what to think! Those children's books all look good - I hope you and your kids like them! It was funny that you ignored your smoke alarm to talk about books. You are definitely someone who has their priorities in order, haha!

  10. I've read one of Jamie Lee Curtis's kids books and wasn't a huge fan ... the flow seemed off. The other books look great, though!

I so want On Dublin Street! I'm waiting for a sale since I've bought waaaay too many books this week!

Ha! Smoke alarm! Of COURSE it would go off during your vlog!

Yay for Alberta authors, indeed. :)

  12. Hey, you and me we are of one mind in this moment. I REALLY liked her latest book, Janet Gurtler, so I need to buy her other books. Except. I'm SCARED to read I'm Not Her. I don't know if I can handle it, you brave soul.

And your children will thank you later. I wish my mom read me books instead of making up stories about super spies who lived in my town.

  13. Hopeless sounds so good, I need to get onto that!

I wish I could watch your vlog and find out what happened with the fire alarm, but I'm being bombarded by my boyfriend 'playing DJ'...*sigh*

    Fab books, enjoy them all!

  14. WOHOOOO!!! HOPELESS, YAY! I'm so excited that you got it, heh. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. It starts off slow, but once it picks up, everything just keeps coming at you. Ugh, I cannot wait to read your review:)

I want to read On Dublin Street and Ten Tiny Breaths as well. I'll probably read TTB in February, because I can't read any issue books for at least a week from now and I have all these exams atm, so not that much reading time for me right now:(

LOVE THIS HAUL and the kids books look great! Happy reading, Jenni:)

  16. I've heard SO many good things about On Dublin Street and Hopeless, so I hope you enjoy them, Jenni! I don't think I'll be reading them any time soon as they're not really my type of book but Hopeless is practically the Angelfall of romances - five stars EVERYWHERE. Can't wait to see what you think!

  18. Jenni, I'll come back and watch your vlog some other time because I'm in a time crunch right now. I really hope you like Hopeless. I read it a week ago and really enjoyed it, but not as much as Slammed.
Also, I started 10 tiny breaths but just couldn't get into the book. And of course, On Dublin Street! Everyone has been raving about that book! :)
    Enjoy your pretties, Jenni! :)
