This week I am not doing a vlog. I have had the longest day and I only got two ebooks this week so I don't really see a point anyway. Last night I was up all night trying to decide if I wanted to venture out on Black Friday and finally get a Macbook Pro. I literally debated it ALL NIGHT, so I have been up for far too long. I did end up getting the Macbook Pro and am being tutored in it's foreign ways by Giselle. I'll slowly get there, but I can definitely say that I love it already, I just need to get a bit more used to it. But onto the books! I got two books from Edelweiss (yay I'm not on video so I don't have to struggle to say that word!) this week:
A giant thank you to HarperCollins Children and Simon Pulse this week, both of these titles were ones that I am highly anticipating!

Awesome!! I got Taken too!! I am super excited to read it!! I really want to get a mac, but you know, the whole no job thing puts a hold on that lol!! Hubs said once I get a job I can buy myself a nice laptop or whatever, but he won't buy it. *sigh*

I bought a MacBook Pro after my previous laptop died a few months ago and LOVE it. I wish I'd taken the Mac plunge ages ago! And I keep seeing Taken around on various people's book hauls and keep thinking maybe I should check it out. I hope you enjoy both of your books!

ReplyDeleteSo you made the switch to a Mac! Welcome to the dark side, haha. I am a fairly new MacBook user myself, but you'll pick it up fairly easy, I think - I think you'll find that a lot of the features are very user friendly hopefully! The cover for Taken is absolutely gorgeous!! I may consider requesting it from Edelweiss myself (which I think is pronounced Eidel-vice, not sure though), we'll see if I can fit it into my schedule. I hope next week is an easier week for vlogging for you!

ReplyDeleteTAKEN!!!! SQUEE!!!! I REALLY want to try that one! It has a gorgeous cover too! Love it! YAY for the MacBook Pro! I got one this last summer for work, so I've been in refresher and learner mode all fall! We used Mac all through college, but then all the schools I worked at had PCs only. Blick! I am IN LOVE with it! Plus, I have it set up with dual platforms so I can switch the PC if I want to which is good for training and troubleshooting since most at school are using PC. Happy reading girlie! :D
